- Your dates, or the month if the dates are not fixed.
- How many days you will actually be on the ground.
- How many of you, and whether anyone has mobility or dietary needs we should plan around.
- The one or two places you will not leave out.
That is enough for a first draft. We will come back with questions rather than assumptions.

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one working day, and always within two. If a route needs checking with a hotel or a boat operator we will say so rather than go quiet.
Is there a charge for a draft itinerary?
No. Drafting and redrafting the route costs you nothing and normally takes two or three rounds.
